Carrie leads CITY Center for Collaborative Learning, an education nonprofit in Tucson, Arizona dedicated to helping schools and teachers do their best work for all students. She has deep experience in the field of education, including many years as a teacher, school leader, and workshop facilitator. Carrie has been on the start-up staff of two CES schools in Tucson, Arizona, serving as the founding principal of City High School in 2004 and a founding teacher at Catalina Foothills High School in 1992. She volunteers on the School Reform Initiative's board of directors and the UA College of Education National Advisory Board. Carrie received her M.A from the University of Arizona and her B.A. from Dartmouth College.
